Yes, upon request. Please understand that cleaners have personal lives, and can get sick, or request leave. If that occurs we'll ask to reschedule or send a different cleaner.

You do not! However, if it's your first time signing up for residential cleaning, initial introductions always help develop a personable relationship with your home specialist.

You sure can! Our cleaners are background-checked and well-trained before being sent to any of our client's homes.

Yes! It is actually preferred after the initial visit. 

Yes it is. However there is no suggested percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your Home Specialist.
 

Yes! We are fully insured and bonded.

We'll start by meeting with you, and doing a walkthrough of the space that needs to be cleaned. We will then work up a quote. 

Commercial cleaning service will be determined once we do a walkthrough of the property.

A standard cleaning service includes all of the tasks necessary to maintain a clean and healthy home on a regular basis, such as:

• General dusting
• Removing cobwebs
• Wiping down kitchen and bathroom surfaces
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Vacuuming carpets and rugs
• Mopping the floors

You can also add on extra services: Laundry, Oven cleaning, Refrigerator Cleaning, and Interior Window Cleaning.
